Kenneth J. Borg

Initially employed at the House of Representatives (Malta), he moved to the Central Bank (Financial Control and Banking) for the next 5 years, subsequently entering the Real Estate industry as a Sales Consultant in 1994. He has remained in real estate ever since, branching into the Letting market in 1998 as Managing Director at one of the leading real estate firms in Sliema. In 2000 he also set up Megalith Limited, a then IT & Business consultancy company together with his future wife Manjri Borg Bindra, and in 2002 they set up their own real estate company 62582.com.

Manjri Borg Bindra (MBA Maastricht)

served as Secretary of the Federation of Estate Agents (Malta) 2007. Previously specialising in IT services and employed at MCS (a subsidiary of KPMG Malta), she subsequently took up the Y2K conversion of Dowty O'Rings (Malta) - now known as Trelleborg - Malta's second largest manufacturing company. In 1997 she also started to provide IT & business consultancy to Real Estate companies, and subsequently set up 62582.com as part of Megalith Ltd. with her future husband Kenneth J. Borg. Manjri also continues to lecture in business and IT with some of Malta's leading training centers.

62582.com was set up in 2002 and immediately became an online reference point for anyone looking at the property rental and sale market here in Malta and Gozo.

The idea behind 62582.com has been to provide as much "one-click away" information as possible about the properties, without overloading the customer. Several photos per property, with a quick-read amenities list, a last update time-stamp, and quick enquiry form are available at any point.

The name "62582" was the idea of Kenneth J. Borg, founding partner of Megalith Ltd. The digits 6 2 5 8 2 correspond to the letters M A L T A on any phone pad, so if you were to SMS the word "MALTA" from your mobile phone, you would be pressing the keys 6 2 5 8 2.
