Lower rates are possible
for properties without air conditioning, or older properties.
Farmhouseswith or without pool will usually fetch the same prices
as villas.
Daily and weekly rates are usually discounted
by up to even 50% for medium term rentals of 1 to 3 months. However
in such cases the water and electrical consumption is not
included in the price.
Booking
Procedures:
On booking a 25 % deposit is usually
required, and balance of 75% is to be paid on arrival. Some
owners will also ask for a security deposit which is forfeited
in case of damage, or refunded on the day of departure.
