The dining area also overlooks the beach and there is another (covered) balcony from the Living Room with an outdoor table and 4 chairs. The living area is air conditioned and the apartment is fully fitted with all modcons including washing machine. The furniture is of high quality with teak dining furniture, oak desk in hall and quality sofas in living room with nice curtain / furnishings throughout. The apartment has a covered private car park just outside the door of the premises which has an own entrance, separate from the apartment block, at ground floor level. The location is quite central right next to all shops, entertainment centre and beautiful promenade beside, obviously being only 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach. There is a private pool in the Complex which is available against payment. (entrance + sun lounge and umbrella and buffet lunch € 14 or € 8 without lunch)
